The AllergyPass card builder and all current guides are completely free to use. There is nothing to refund for free products. For the $4.99 card unlock, see below.

Card unlock ($4.99 one-time)

The card unlock is a one-time payment of $4.99 that unlocks all 20 destination languages, unlimited allergens, PDF download, and Apple Wallet export. Because the card is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are assessed case-by-case. If the card doesn't work as described — wrong language, delivery failure, or a technical issue we can't resolve — you'll get a refund. No interrogation, no hoops. Email support@allergypass.me within 14 days of purchase.

Affiliate purchases

If you purchase a product through an affiliate link on this site (such as an eSIM), the refund policy of that third-party provider applies. AllergyPass earns a commission on those sales but does not handle the transaction directly.

Contact the provider directly for refunds on affiliate purchases. If you have trouble, email support@allergypass.me and we'll point you in the right direction.
